About the workshop
In order to achieve effectiveness, efficiency, and agility in policy management, organisations need to define a structured governance framework and process. Designing a mature policy management program and processes that align with the organisation requires an understanding of what the organisation is about, how it operates and how it should be monitored and controlled.

Join us for a full day workshop led by GRC expert Michael Rasmussen in New York City. We will explore how defining the right process, information and technology architecture for policy management will create a structured approach to how the organisation operates. The goal being Policy Management by Design.

During the workshop you will:

  • implement internal control management in the context of business strategy, process, and operations
  • explore internal control management architecture models and how they apply to your organizatio
  • discover various internal control assessment and monitoring techniques and how they apply to your busines

  • effectively communicate and gather attestation on internal controls across your organizations
